Strategy to achieve Vision and Mission

  1. Focus solely on Plantation Business activities and activities related to agriculture.
  2. Provide training to officers and staff as needed.
  3. Enhance the capabilities of information and communication technology (ICT).
  4. Improve the capabilities of the accounting system where the performance of each business unit (profit centers) can be monitored and effectively analyzed on a monthly basis.
  5. Make capital expenditures that can increase efficiency and/or enhance revenue and/or reduce costs in the long term.
  6. Improve public relations to ensure good relationships with suppliers and users, as well as related agencies.
  7. Ensure the sales process is carried out transparently to obtain the best prices, which directly increases income for the cooperative.
  8. Ensure the procurement process is conducted transparently to avoid cost increases to the cooperative due to dishonesty.
  9. Ensure the viability of a project is thoroughly examined before being implemented, taking into account all factors, especially market factors.
  10. Provide competitive incentives to staff to ensure highly motivated employees and to prevent the brain drain of core employees, thereby ensuring the organization’s growth and reducing the risk of employee dishonesty that may harm the organization.
  11. Implement the separation of power between the Board and Management to create checks and balances.
